Niels Birbaumer, psychologist, neurobiologist and writer from Tübingen discusses the question whether free will and brain-machine-interfaces are compatible. The talk is in English and addresses scientists as well as the interested public. It is the first talk of the new event format "Special Bernstein Lecture", which emerges from the Bernstein Seminars of the Bernstein Center Freiburg.
