kite-mentoring the BainLinks-BrainTools career booster is now available for even more female early career researchers.

One of the primary aims of the Initiative of Excellence, the establishment of new structures in small unities to be implemented into the University as a whole after having passed a successful testing period, has now become reality for the BrainLinks-BrainTools' kite-mentoring program.

Having been set up for chosen fields of research, the kite-mentoring program is now being supported by the University and becomes perceptible for even more female postgraduate and postdoc students. "We are proud about the broad recognition of our endeavors to enhance our female researchers' start into their careers" says Evelyn Rusdea, coordinator of the program. "With the support of the University as a whole we hopefully attract attention of even more female doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers to our program."

However, the kite-mentoring program hardly needs additional advertising, as more than 80 mentees are already enrolled in the program, with trend upward.
