Shortly before the end of the year, the kite-mentoring program organized its last event for 2015.
Almost one year ago, the 1. Network Meeting of the 2nd.- round had taken place.
Then and now again, Maja Schellhorn joined the Network Meeting as facilitator.
During the event, which was at the same time Network Meeting, Evaluation Meeting and a Christmas party, a short review of the past year took place and an outlook on the following year was given.
The new mentees who have just joined the program had the opportunity to learn more about the kite-mentoring program. The other mentees were able to evaluate the running program, the courses and the trainers. They gave feed-back and they expressed their suggestions and wishes.
And of course there was also time to network and to spend a nice afternoon together.
