In October, the kite-mentoring program invited Dr. Fabian Wilmers from "Wilmers Kommunikation" to hold a workshop on rhetoric and communication. The workshop, titled "Successful rhetoric and communication", was held in English.Dr. Wilmer's detailed presentation provided theoretical knowledge about rhetoric and communication.But since it was a workshop, the mentees, had to work as well of course.One of the methods employed by Dr. Fabian Wilmers was filming.During the workshop he filmed the mentees while they held short presentations and afterwards discussed the video recordings with them.Unusual at first but very effective! Seeing oneself facilitates understanding the criticism.
