Today, the mentees from the kite-mentoring program had the opportunity to join an event in cooperation with EIRA-Mentoring.
Firstly, the workshop dealt with the question what research and innovation actually mean and showed different stages and types of research.
Moreover, different ways of research were demonstrated in the workshop.
In the second part of the event, participants were working on the concrete question of how scientists can turn a research idea into a successful DFG-project application.
