The BrainLinks-BrainTools graduate program

Our offer for early career researchers: Solid training for excellent research.

This is especially true in an interdisciplinary research environment. To enable our early career researchers to acquire knowledge and techniques from several research areas as well as to support personal growth and career development, BrainLinks-BrainTools has established several offers for junior scientists.

Doctoral candidates can participate in a structured graduate program that is organized by the cluster. Members of the program profit for example from career development events and workshops. Additionally, our doctoral candidates can also participate in a wide range of courses offered by FRS (Freiburg Research Services).

To support postdocs in their career phase, BrainLinks-BrainTools organizes activities especially for this target group. A dedicated coaching program for R3 scientists is currently in its starting phase. Postdocs can also participate in events organized for the graduate program like the junior scientist workshop or exchange programs to collect scientific experiences abroad. Additionally, postdocs can profit from a course program by FRS (Freiburg Research Services).
