Finally, our special guest, Erika Magyarosi, will give a short introduction into the topic "Work-Life Balance: challenges and opportunities".

One of the biggest challenges of our times is the inner conflict and the ever-growing demands that we all must meet in the daily interplay between our different life spans: career, family, social life, hobbies, self development, culture or spirituality.
How can you achieve balance in the various areas of your life without a loss of quality? What theoretical and practical approaches do the experts recommend and how can we use the dynamics of the role models in these processes as a resource and mutual enrichment?
This impulse lecture highlights the challenges and also the opportunities that open up in our search for balance and reconciliation between work and private life.
