The illustrator Ludmilla Bartscht develops a comic together with pupils on the topic of neurotechnologies like deep brain stimulation or human-machine interfaces that help to operate prostheses and robots as well as neurological disorders. For this purpose they are first introduced to the topic and visit laboratories of BrainLinks-BrainTools. They will also talk to patients with neurological diseases for which technology can be helpful. Following this input they create a comic in small groups with the help of the illustrator.
The results will be presented in a small exibhition at the Museum für neue Kunst, Freiburg.
