This Friday, the 2. Career Workshop titled "How to successfully apply for the dream job", took place. The kite-mentoring program invited Claudia von Schultzendorff as a lecturer for this training.At the beginning of her presentation, Claudia von Schultzendorff wanted the participants to become aware of their strengths. Therefore, every mentee had to think about an example which demonstrates her individual strength. Furthermore, Claudia von Schultzendorff distributed a CV and a letter of application to demonstrate what a written application could look like. And she mentioned typical dos and don'ts in job interviews.Owing to her own work experience, could illustrate her lecture with a lot of exmples and anecdotes.
